Feds Say Toyota Problems Aren't Electric [Cars]

280,000 NASA-reviewed lines of code later, the Transportation Department has officially decreed Toyota's problems—you know, the ones that caused terrifying accidental acceleration—to be mechanical in nature. With software cleared of all charges and numerous recalls addressing the mechanical issues, it looks as though it's safe to drive a Toyota again. Although I'd still rather take Woz's word for it.
